Directions For Use

Suitable for children between 4-10 years old and adults 11 years and older in Türkiye. For 4-10 years old children take one (1) tablet twice a day, for adults above 11 years old take two (2) tablets twice a day by chewing in the mouth after a meal. You can also swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water if you wish.
Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. IT IS A FOOD SUPPLEMENT, NOT A DRUG. It is not used for the prevention or treatment of diseases. Food supplements should not be used instead of a varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.
