Directions For Use
Suitable for children aged 4-10 years and adults 11 years and older. Take one (1) tablet twice a day for children aged 4-10 years, and two (2) tablets twice a day for adults aged 11 years and over, by chewing in the mouth after a meal. You can also swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water if you wish. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before taking this product. Keep out of reach of children. Store in the original package at room temperature (max.25°C). Do not use if the inner packaging is damaged.
