⁕ Vitamin D3 source is cholecalciferol.

Enteric (delayed-release) herbal capsule technology protects the vitamins in the capsule from stomach acid, ensuring intestinal absorption. Our capsules are HPMC-based and are of plant origin, not animal origin.

Directions For Use

Suitable for adults 11 years and older. Take one (1) capsule once a day with a glass of water with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Kidney patients should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day in view of the risk of hyperoxalemia, among other things.
